A boutique 12-bedroom hotel set atop a hill in Antigua. A series of rooms are set along a 90-metre infinity pool, with views over the bay from private stepped terraces.

The scheme uses reconfigured shipping containers, and a palette of local stone and Corten steel.

The form of the building has been designed to eliminate the requirement for mechanical cooling, and uses natural ventilation and solar energy (thermal and photovoltaic) along with excellent levels of insulation and airtightness. The use of off-site construction minimises waste and allows for great precision.
