Removal of an industrial unit and replacement with two dwellings. The scheme is to be highly sustainable, through re-use of existing foundations, and a fabric-first approach, ensuring that the building envelope is well-insulated and airtight, and with triple-glazed windows.

The dwellings are heated with efficient air-source heat pumps, and clad in locally sourced timber cladding and natural-coloured render.

Planning approval was secured via a successful appeal against Forest of Dean District Council in April 2019.
